I’m 13 and weigh 72 pounds and I underweight( that’s how skinny I am )

I’m only 78 lbs girl and 19 years old. Went to the doctors and everything. I just have a high metabolism. Don’t think you’re too skinny unless you are purposely doing it. If you eat enough and feel healthy then you’re doing great ❤️

When I was 16 I was 5'5 and weighed and weighed 85 pound. 2 years later I was 110, if you're active protein shakes help build muscle. That's the only thing that kept me from loosing weight while taking weight lifting and later swimming.

I used to be skinny around that age, but once puberty really hit me is when i started gaining weight. I’d say it’s pretty normal

Depends on your height and a lot of other things as well. That’s a question you need to ask your doctor. Just bc one can look “thin” or “heavier” or whatever size, no one really knows what healthy is just by looking. There’s a lot of other factors that come into play so that should be discussed with your doctor
