what do you feed your one year old?

Idk what to feed my daughter. I give her fruits, vegetables, dry cereals and small portion of whatever we eat for dinner. But she still wants to nurse all the time, she nurses to the point my nipples are sore.  She won't talk cows milk and I think she's aged out of formula. I'm really not sure what to do??

My son is only 9 months old but we literally give him everything except sugary things like ice cream or candy. His favorites are scrambled eggs, cheeses, turkey or chicken, peas and carrots, peanut butter toast, strawberries and bananas. He's under a yr so he still drinks a good amount of formula. They do make a toddler formula which we did give our daughter until she was about 20 months old.

Maybe try more healthy fats, they tend to make you feel more full. My son really likes avocados, scrambled eggs and peanut butter toast. My son is still nursing three times a day and drinking water, but he doesn't seem to like cow milk much either.

I've been putting formula in cows milk and slowly lessening the amount I put in it to transition mine to regular milk it seems to be working...

Don’t give her juice! Then she really won’t want whole milk.  Plus it’s horrible for their teeth.  Anyway, try warming the milk up first. You could try pumping and putting it in a cup but that’s still not gonna help her drink whole milk or wean.  My 13 month old still nurses too but she doesn’t as much. I just feed her what we eat and kept giving her whole milk until she liked it. Just keep trying!

Will she take breast milk in a cup? I pumped half a cup of breast milk and mixed it with cows milk for a month and slowly reduced the breast milk from cows milk and my daughter took to it really well. She does still nurse frequently though (21 months). 
Around that age for breakfast my daughter would have cut fruit, a few cheese cubes, some yoghurt, and oatmeal. Lunch would be something like turkey/cheese/lettuce roll up with cut carrots. Dinner would be whatever we had. For snacks she would have fruit/veg, those little puff cereals or something like that. I just gave her small amounts of each thing.

Do you give her juice? And maybe give het more food when you make supper. She’s probably still hungry.
