I'm 8 days pp and wanted to exclusively breastfeed my baby. However my milk did not come in until around the 4th day so I had to substitute with formula while still pumping and trying to stimulate my breasts. Now when my baby sucks I leak but when I pump it comes out so slow and in drops... hardly any milk comes out and I don't understand why. I have the medela breast pump and I have even boosted it to the highest setting... Why won't my milk come out the same way when I Pump? I hear so many women storing they're milk in the fridge after they pump and I can hardly get 24 ml... Any similar experiences?
