it's hard to tell but once I looked closer I could see the clear blisters near the corner of your bottom lip. it looks like a cold sore which is herpes simplex 1, hsv 1 virus. it's common up to 90% of people get a cold sore at some point I'm their life. be careful not to pick at it it can spread to other areas of your body if you do that.
