Littering?
Is spitting your gum out on the street or throwing your cigarette out the window littering? Is it different than eating a chocolate bar and tossing your wrapper outside?
I see so many people toss gum and cigarettes outside and no one says anything. But if you ate a bag of chips and tossed the bag plenty of people would speak up.
