need help!!

is it possible for a pregnancy test to say positive because you are about to get your period? I took a test last week with the result of a faint line and then one this morning that looked like my bfp but now this afternoon I started bleeding with no cramping or anything which I always cramp with my period. is it possible for a test to tell you that you're getting your period or could I be one that just bleeds when I'm pregnant
