So I woke up this morning at 1:53 needing to use the bathroom. I step into the bathroom and blood gushes down both my legs. I woke my husband up and said I’m bleeding, this isn’t good. I start crying and telling him I’m so scared. So we proceed to get ready to head to the hospital. Get to the hospital and they bring me to triage. I get checked and put on the NST machine. Ultrasound tech came in and did the US and after I was told everything looks good. I was then given a steroid shot around 6:30, and will have to get another in 24 hrs to help the baby’s lungs. Finally around 9:30am I get to have breakfast!! I was so hungry! After doc comes in, he tells me he’s not sure why I’m bleeding like I am so he can’t let me go home. Now I’m in my own L&D; room and will stay overnight. Guess we will see how I do through the night.

Oh and I’ve been given antibiotics because they found bacteria in my urine. I’m also on an IV for hydration. And they just came in and put leg compresses on.
