Baby shake and vibrate

I’m 29 weeks and this is my first pregnancy.. since yesterday I noticed that my baby movements have been changed, I was feeling her poking and kicking but now all I feel is a vibrating sensation inside my belly like a small earthquake .. I’m so scared that there’s something wrong

Has anyone experience this? Is it normal or should I see my doctor?
