Popping my cherry: edit

This is going to sound really weird but here goes...

I'm a virgin, but I want to break my hymen(is that the right word?) before I have sex. This is because I've heard lots of people say it hurts to pop the cherry. I just want to get over with, just in case there's blood or something.

If anybody knows a safe and sanitary way of going about this, please let me know!

I understand that not everyone's hymen breaks, but I would at the very least try to break it before I lose my virginity. I also asked if someone could tell me how to break my hymen, not will my hymen breaks. I'm not trying to be rude, but I just want a straight answer.
