Early symptoms or just getting my hopes up?:(
Me and my partner are trying to conceive and have been for the last month now I've had lots of symptoms such as:
Headaches
Lower back pain and cramps
Morning sickness
Always hungry
Always tired
Mood swings
Frequent bathroom trips
High temperature
Are these to do with pregnancy or am I just getting my hopes up opinions/advice?xx
