How did you mommies lose weight/tone after baby?

Honestly, I don’t work out 🙈 but I was back to my pregnancy weight by 3 months postpartum. I try to eat healthy, I nursed a crap ton (exclusively fed my son and my friends adopted baby simultaneously for a year), I walk a lot (we live in a big city so I pretty much walk everywhere. I hate driving) and I am so busy changing around a baby. I wish I had time to go to the gym, but it just ain’t gonna happen 🤷‍♀️

haha I don't workout I was back to my normal size in just 2 1/2 weeks from breastfeeding.

I breastfeed and my body was back to how it was pretty pregnancy at 6 weeks plus a few stretch marks

I never stopped working out. I worked out 5 days a week throughout my pregnant. After I gave birth, I walked 2-3 miles a day in the hospital. And then I was back at the gym a week after I got home. Still at 5 days a week. I also eat super clean and I was very big on managing my weight gain during pregnancy. I was 100% baby.

I didn't workout I just ate normally of course there are ups and downs when it comes to eating because you need to go from how you are during pregnancy to now when your breastfeeding or bottle feeding. Your intake is different but you use so much energy you should wait to workout until you have the time. I am nearing 8 months postpartum and I am a little lighter than I was before pregnancy. I haven't workout like I wanted to but I still lost the weight. Just be determined and don't feel bad about how you look now!! P.s. When I workout it is at home (:

Walking a lot plus some running. I have a fitbit, which really helps me be consistent with my activity level & motivation. Plus eating fairly clean & nursing.
