Car accident during 9 weeks of pregnancy

I felt cramping right away. Didn't think much of it so the following day Thursday evening I went to my ob gyn because I have cramps and lower back pain that wasn't subsiding. And when she turn the sound on I didn't hear the heart beat 💔😭 I knew then. She kept moving the wand inside all around and said "A I am sorry there's no heart beat anymore". Tomorrow's Friday and I probably won't get a same day appt at the abortion clinic I am traumatized thinking that I may have to walk around with a dead fetus/baby inside of me it's horrible. I wish that I'd go to sleep and this would all be a really bad dream. Please any other moms that have miscarried tell me how did you cope?.

I didn't get to hold your hands or chase you around. You grew wings before you touch down, I am just sorry you left the way you did . 💔💔💔👼🏽
