There are some oils you should stay away from but most of that advice is based on ingestion and topical application rather than diffusing the oils. Personally I’d stay away from those altogether to be on the safe side.

I avoided it in the first trimester all together. Now I diffuse every night in my bedroom to help me sleep 😊

Clary sage can induce labor so it should be avoided

I've heard that some are not safe, but it was unclear whether it was for applying them to skin or diffusing them...there was a whole list when I was researching awhile back. So I just stuck to the ones that were for sure safe.
