A little worried

So I might have missed one pill because I took it like I normally do (at the beginning of the pack) but I got really sick later that night from an awful dinner and might have thrown it up. Anyway I had unprotected sex with my bf last week and he finished inside me, we’re usually careful about it and he pulls out. So should I be worried about anything? I’m about a day late and I have no signs of a period coming at all like I typically do. I might just be in my head, but I’ve never been in a situation where I missed a pill or he didn’t pull out so I’m a little nervous.
