Could i be pregnant

I went to the doctor I have no uti but when I pee I have lower abdominal pains and a weird sensation in my vagina my pd was do Monday but sunday when i peed their was a little blood also when I whipped. Red but not a lot? To me my boobs do look bigger I don't know I was always small.. What was everyone else sythtoms? How bad did your breast I took a test yesterday but - idk could I be pregnant not sure what to think could really use suggestions and ideas anything
