I need help holy shit!

Ok I’m going on my 5th day of starting the pill, tri-sprintec, cuz I wanted to clear my acne. Well now my whole right cheek is legit COVERED in acne!!!! I counted and have fucking 20 PIMPLES!!! And then on my him a have a couple more and my other cheek too. Idk wtf to do! Should I stop or just wait it out? I’m really desperate here and feel like crying my ass off cuz this is awful! I’m seeing all my family and friends in the next couple of days and ugh. Help please!
