can you go to planned parenthood for prenatal care or is it just for abortions and stuff like that? I'm trying to go somewhere where I don't need a parent or guardian

I’m sure if your insurance covers it they offer prenatal care. I remember when I went to confirm my first pregnancy they asked me if I would be calling my original dr. And have them take care of finding an ongyn for me or if I wanted to have prenatal care provided by them since my insurance covered it :) you might as well give up and tell your mom girl, but know that you need insurance to get prenatal care and the insurance mails a letter or emails the main provider that someone is seeing the obgyn :)
