I started charting my BBT at the beginning of this cycle. I have been researching different clues and patterns, and so far it seems to make sense to me.. but there’s one thing I’m confused on. When ovulation actually happens. I know that there’s been a dip in my cycle and dramatic increases since, and that ovulation occurs somewhere in there. I’m just wondering if the ovulation occurs on the day of that lowest temperature, the dip, or if it occurs the day after, as it starts to increase. can somebody explain this to me, please? thank you!
