Post c-section nerve pain?

I am three weeks out of a c-section and I have had this strange sensation since immediately after surgery. I’m numb where my scar is, as most people I’ve heard are. Then if I run my fingers up towards my belly button, where I get sensation again feels sharp and prickly. It’s not overly painful, it’s just uncomfortable. And then the sensation goes completely back to normal once I reach my belly button. The pain goes right across my abdomen so it’s not localized to one spot. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m wondering if it’s nerve pain from the surgery because it was totally fine before, and the skin isn’t dry or anything.
