First move I need help

My boyfriend broke up with his ex because they were moving to fast but they were like kissing and stuff and he wasn’t ready and we went on a date and he didn’t hold my hand or even put his arm around me and I want that a lot what do i do should I talk to him and if so what should I say or should I make the first move or should I wait I need advice and by the way we are 13
