PLEASE HELP!

AF is now 4 days late. My cervix is very high, slightly open, and medium firm along with watery and sticky cm... also my temp has been elevated so long that my coverline shifted (was 98.4) along with half my chart.... can someone please help? Also should add I took a test yesterday and it was a BFN.
