Ovulation date.

Last cycle I had my merina removed and had my +opk on CD 20 (6/4). Which by all accounts is late, AF then came on 6/14. I'm currently on CD 13. By all accounts ovulation should be coming fairly soon. I started getting faint lines on OPKs. Could the merina be the cause of the "late" ovulation? And would it be more likely that it'll be earlier this cycle? I started getting faint lines last cycle about 5/30.
