Hard reset your phone.

You might check to make sure that you have given permission in your phones settings to access the photos. Here’s how you could check that if you have an iOS device:1. Go to the settings app on your phone. 2. Find the Glow app on the list of apps and tap on it. 3. You should see an option for photo permission- make sure that says “read and write”. If it says “never” you will need to tap on the never option and change it to “read and write”. I’m attaching some screenshot so you can see what it looks like.
