Beginner Menstrual Cup Recommendations?!

Question

I've never tried one before, but I already know I want to make the switch from tampons, I have a daughter (1&1/2yo) whom was delivered vaginally if that makes any difference, and I have a "normal" flow (not overly heavy or super light) 
Was wanting to know:
a. If anyone has a favorite besides the Diva Cup?
b. If anyone has tried the disposable variety/ what was your thoughts ? (for when I have over night drills for Army National Guard)
c. Any tips or tricks/pointers for a beginner?

I use the Lena cup, I got it on Amazon. I delivered vaginally and I use both sizes (large first 2 days, small the rest). It’s pretty soft and bendable, I don’t have issues inserting it. I tried the disposable ones a few years ago and they felt weird and leaked all over. Tips: take your time inserting and removing, don’t panic it cannot get lost, and wear back-up protection the first cycle or two.

I have the Lena. I’ve never delivered a baby, so I started with the smaller size. After the first 2 days of my period though, I guess my cervix moves up significantly, and I had A LOT of trouble getting the small one out. So I switched to the bigger one. No issues. 
I’ve also used the soft cup disposables. They have their pros and cons. Definitely makes sense for drills and similar types of activities. Also you can have sex with that in since it sits against your cervix. Since it does sit so high though, it can be much harder to get out than a cup that sits in your vagina.

diva cup is definitely the best for beginners but once you get the hang of it I would recommend the lunette

I got the moon cup, there’s not many brands available in the U.K. but it’s so great! I can’t believe how much better it is, I didn’t even notice when I was on my period. There’s 2 sizes, 1 for if you’re over 30 and/or have had a baby vaginally.

Femmycycle is great for beginners, especially because it doesn't expand to create as tight of a suction, and it has a ring for easy removal!
But since im a heavy bleeder,  I had to switch. My new favorite is the June Cup

I have this one and love it! I haven’t bought tampons or pads in 3 years. Best $30 I ever spent. Now know if you do get the diva cup I would recommend cutting the stern down because is can be bothersome.
