Hi ladies I rarely post on here but I have a question.. so as of today I’m 5 days late which I would of been done with my period by now but I haven’t started, I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago but it came back negative. TMI sometimes when I wipers like a pink dot or two. Today I’ve been cramping more than any other day but still nothing just pink? Idk what to do should I test again?

I was 16 days late once. I’m on the iud. Many things can throw your period off...even the littlest things like what your diet is. Don’t stress out cause stress can make your period worse. If you feel you may be pregnant if your period doesn’t come in a couple days take another test and make sure to do it right in the morning.

wait a few more days...I have been a whole week late before simply because of stress. There are many things that can throw your cycle out of whack so don't freak out too soon
