Impending labor or?

Last night I had intense, consistent contractions with back pain and nausea for 45 minutes but then I was able to sleep through the rest of it.

Today I have felt extremely sluggish, and my mid to low back is killing me, I cannot get comfortable. I also have crazy pressure and sharp stinging pains in my vagina. Idk if this is all just normal pains or if it could be back labor?? No relief with hydration or rest
