so I'm pregnant with my first and it's a boy, we are making him Kaike (Kai for short). I am 39 weeks along and I am not dilated at all, I don't think I've been having any contractions, then again idk what to expect. I feel back pain all the time and some pain in my vaginal area, a lot of pressure down there though. are these signs of contractions? I've just been expecting excruciating pain from what I've heard. I also have the worst case of PUPPS that has spread lately and that has been the worst part of my pregnancy. I just want him to come out already so I can see his little face and smell him and squeeze him! it is also scarring me to death that on my last appointment we had an ultrasound done and the lady said he's measuring big at 8.3lbs. I hope he comes out soon and don't just sit in here gaining more weight lol. also hoping the ultrasound tech was wrong with her measurements lol. anyway, just thought I'd share my thoughts for some mommas going through the same thing.
