Is 14 too young?

So I'm 14 years old and I'm not sexually active, nor do I plan too be for awhile. Anyways I have looked into buying summers eve mainly to use when I'm on my period just because I feel so gross down there with all the blood and bacteria and I don't ever shave down there very often at all, maybe once every 3 months just because Ive never seen a reason to since I'm not sexually active, but am I too young to use it? Also, what are your opinions on the product?
