Just did my first night of EPO vaginally. Of course I couldn't reach over my giant belly, so hubby to the rescue 🙈😂 I didn't poke any holes, just had him put it in whole. Also, my advice, lube the capsule! I didn't think it needed it, but the way the capsule feels, unless you're wet it'll hurt to be inserted, the capsule will catch!

Hoping at my 38 week appointment I've gone from a 1cm with 50% effaced to at least 2cm and 75% effaced! We'll see though. I'm only inserting one at night until after Christmas. Someone said they do 3 and it thinned them out so much they went into labor after 4 days of taking it 3 times a night vaginally. I've also been on my birthing ball every time I'm sitting, and it hurts, so I'm hoping that means it's helping!

Also to mention, I'm 37 weeks 4 days. Taking one orally and one vaginally. Hoping it helps 🤞🤞
