Evening primrose oil? Advice!

Have you tried it? Does it work? Tips on making it work faster . HELLLPPP and the doc said it’s safe for her to come out and she needs to. So please spare the whole “when she’s ready she’ll come”

There’s no way to make it work faster. It also won’t put you into labor. It just helps your cervix soften up. I was taking them orally and vaginally but now I’m just taking them vaginally. I started off with one orally and one vaginally at night. Then I did 2 orally and one vaginally at night. Now I just do 3 vaginally at night but it’s very messy. I bought nighttime long thin pads to wear. I’m taking a break from all the stuff I was taking orally (RLT and EPO) for a bit and might start back up after my next appt this week. All this stuff is just to help... it will not put you in labor or make you go into labor sooner or anything so keep that in mind. It’s to help out and make it easier on your body that’s it...

i take it 2000mg orally 1 vaginally and with red raspberry leaf tea. and at 36 weeks i was 3cm

I just started taking it today.... I’ve read mixed reviews about it... so I guess it can’t hurt to try!
