Help please

My flow is always heavy and 6 days long. Last month I bled one day when my period was supposed to start then stopped. My period is supposed to be here now and I'm two days late. May be tmi, but I've had very sore breast the past two weeks and I've been getting up in the middle of the night to go pee at least twice during the night which isn't normal.

Any advice??
