Menses has always been HEAVY.So,now that I'm not in my 20's and TTC is something I have to work at,what do I count as "flow"? I would normally count today's bright red as spotting. Everything online says pink is spotting,and red is flow.I am used to dark,pad soaking crimson,not bright Christmas wrapping paper red.
