Am I pregnant?

I was supposed to get my period on the 16th, the 17th-19th my nipples burned like hell but that went away. I am 8 days late on my period and am not having any other symptoms. Took two pregnancy tests(one at 2 days late, the other at 5 days, both urine & both negative )When I lay on my back I get pressure in my stomach, its like a burning feeling, not sure if it is gas and when I lay on my side I get burning sensations like where my fallopian tubes are. I know this is all so weird. I am supposed to start ovulating on the 27th. Not really sure what to do at this point. Or what is going on!

**Not really sure how to explain the burning sensations, its like pain with stretching or pulling except inside my body. I am having but I don’t have any stds. I am having a bunch of watery discharge as well feels like I am peeing on myself sometimes. It is clear with no smell
