Brown discharge at almost 5 weeks...should I be worried??

I'm 4 weeks and 5 days today with my 2nd children (11 years apart!). For whatever reason I've been nervous about misscarrying even though I had no issues with my first pregnancy, I'm just older now (30) and have read so many saddening experiences on here 😔. This morning after I went to the bathroom and wiped I randomly decided to check up a little higher for any bleeding. No bleeding but definitely a light brown discharge. I'm pretty nervous now as this is how all of my periods begin. fast forward about 5 hours and it's still there, not just when I wipe but when I go up higher into my vagina (sorry TMI). I'm also noticing some cramping but not sure if I'm just hyper aware if every feeling now that im worried. Has anyone else experienced this around this early stage of pregnancy and gone on full term?? I'm feeling so nervous now 😔😔
