Leaking fluid.

How do i know if i’m leaking amniotic fluid? if i’m wearing underwear or just lounging in shorts, after a nap they’re always slightly wet. not soaked, just enough to be damp. and if i’m laying a bed for a minute after i use the restroom i can feel it coming out of my vagina. it doesn’t leak really it just feels like discharge. i’m confused as to whether or not it’s urine, fluid or just a really thin discharge. how i can i tell which it is?
