On what week am I? 5th or 6th?

I am at 5 weeks and 6 days today. Am I on my 6th week or my 5th? 
I’m asking because I’m anxiously counting the weeks ask m/c risk goes down.

Think of it like years. If you turned 20 in May you have already lived for 20 years and are in your 21st but that 21st year won’t be completed until your 21st birthday. Whatever week you’ve competed is how far you’re along and now you’re in the next week but it’s not completed. I’m 7wks today so I have begun my 8th week. Same as an 11month old is not 1 but it’s living it’s first year.
