Anyone know what this is??

I tried to google it but I didn’t know what it was... there is not filter on the pic. My nurse mother didn’t know either. only on one leg.

Mine does the same thing but it only happens when I’m in the sun for certain amount of time. It’s nothing major but I would see a dermatologist if you feel like it’s a real problem.

Maybe early vitiligo? Or there is a fungal infection that can look similar. 
Go see a dermatologist.
