Mixing bleach.

I️ have awful anxiety so I️ literally worry about every little thing. My question is what if you mix a small amount of bleach and an all purpose cleaner. My mom was cleaning the toilet when she put toilet bowl cleaner (that contains bleach) in and the sprayed all purpose cleaner on the toilet seats and stuff. A small amount dripped in the toilet bowl. Is this bad
