URGENT. PLEASE HELP

so I was standing in the bathroom cleaning my shoes and started to feel some discomfort in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. it proceeded to get worse in a matter of minutes, I can't hardly bear to walk or get up. I took something for pain and am currently laying with a heating pad on me but I can't figure out what this could be. I don't wanna have to go to the hospital because it's Christmas but I will if necessary. I will add I've had a year infection for a while that I couldn't get rid of. please help me out
