16-8 diet
So here's a little background on me, I have had an eating disorder and bad self image before, I became extremely anemic due to malnutrition. It took a long time to get back to health but I did it with a great support system!! I met my husband and he made me feel amazing about myself. I've been married almost 4 years and have a 1 year old. When I got married I weighed 136 but looked about 120, I now weigh 179 and In my opinion look pretty big and Im back to having a bad self image which I don't want to pass on to my daughter. Mind you I work out daily, If I don't have time for 1 hour work outs I do at least 30mins. I've tried tons of diets that I can't stick to and found this diet 2 days ago and so far its been pretty easy! 16 hours of Fasting (you can drink water, sugerless tea/coffee) and 8 hours of healthy moderate eating! If scheduled properly you just skip breakfast, and you can have lunch and dinner and snacks but you stop eating as soon as the 8 hours are done. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has tried this diet and how did it go?? How long did it take to reach your goal weight?? Share your weightloss story, I hope to have one soon!!
