Is this labor?!

38+1. For the past 2 days, every time I go to the bathroom, even just to pee, I have stomach pains, cramps (not too terrible) and I poo. Every time, it's like I go to pee but end up feeling the urge to poo. And I'm constipated, except when I do poo it's diarrhea??? Does that even make sense?! 😭😂 I'm having a little back pain but TONS of belly pain. I'm miserable, can't breathe, or walk, or stand or sit without hurting. I have a lot of pressure in my crotch and butt. It really feels like I have to constantly poop! Should I call my doctor or is this normal? Everyone's been saying the diarrhea is a sign of labor so that's worried me, FTM! But then everything I read says this is completely normal. Any advice would be great!!!!!!
