Doc says its implantation bleeding?

I miscarried my twins on May 10th and stopped bleeding a few days after. Today when I wipe I've been having brown spotting and its gotten a darker red as the day goes on. I called my doctor and he says it sounds like implantation bleeding because he said I wouldn't get my period for 4-6 weeks. What do you think?

I had a miscarriage May 9 I was 5 weeks 5 days. I stopped bleeding May 14. Tonight I wiped and I see light brown. I'm cramping a little. This weird. Please keep me updated.

It could be your impending period, or lingering "stuff" from your MC. Your dr probably knows best though.

I started bleeding a little tgen turned to spotting    like a light brown color, and then bleeding again ended in miscarriage 😳
