Hi ladies, this month I apparently stressed myself out and my period came six days late (I thought I was finally pregnant! Imagine my disappointment).

That being said, I am now wondering how this affects my next cycle? I haven’t been late like this before since TTC. Will I ovulate like normal or could it make this cycle crazy too? 🤷🏼‍♀️

My cycle is normally 26 days and period lasts for 5 days.

If anyone has any answers or advice I would appreciate some insight!
