Swollen hands and feet

Today I noticed my feet have swollen up, my fingers had already swollen a little bit which I weren’t concerned about but this morning it felt different. I have an achy type feeling in them but it kind of hurts too. I feel like I’ve been on a night out and got into a fight hence the uncomfortableness in the hands and I also feel like I wore a pair of 8 inch heels last night and was out clubbing all night. Its not a constant pain but it’s just an achy uncomfortableness. Like today I attempted to open the fridge and a bottle of pop and I have zero energy in my hands to open it because it’s doesn’t feel nice. I see my midwife in 2 days, should I hold out or should I contact somebody sooner? I’m 34 weeks
