Sore Breasts

Hi ladies,

I am about 11wks pregnant with my second and I cannot get over how sore my breasts are. They are constantly sore and sometimes incredibly itchy. I remember them being sore last time, but not this bad. Does anyone have any recommendations or remedies I might be able to try? All I keep thinking is that I better be able to breastfeed when this baby comes in July! Thank you in advance!
