So my ex and I have been on and off since forever at this point and recently we’ve been off off the longest I didn’t even tell him happy birthday even though he text me happy birthday on mine but that was the problem that’s all he said it was dry in my opinion and at the time I was trying to move on however we hooked up last week things went from really good to bad fast but it ended ok he also was sure to share how upset he was about me not reaching out. Recently he went out of town for Christmas he didn’t text me merry Christmas and I was debating if I should say it because of the birthday thing or take it as a sign he’s not interested in approving our friendship and move on. I’m a firm believer that guys are willing to chase what they want and maybe that was just a moment of weakness for us both nothing more.
