Does anyone else's app say that they are a few days late just randomly? Bc I've never been late and my app says I'm 4 days late I've had all the symptoms for about 2 weeks but still no period?

If you think you’re pregnant, take a test. 
Also, the date that this app says your period is supposed to start is just a projected date, based on your past periods; it’s just an estimation. Many things can affect when your period starts, most importantly when you ovulate. If you’ve been under stress, had a change in schedule/diet, gained/lost weight, taking medication/have been sick, you may have ovulated later than when the app predicted you would. Most women have a ~5 day window around the projected start date around their periods.
