menstrual cup help!
hey ladies! I finally invested in a menstrual cup but i cannot, for the life of me, get the dang thing in right! what are some techniques and pointers you can give this newbie on making sure the cup works right! I got an intimia lily compact cup from CVS...it was on sale lol
