Gas relief drop?

My daughter is 12 days old and has extremely bad gas, is it safe to give her drops? I’m going to call her doctor tomorrow and ask but I’m just wondering what some ladies have done? Can give her some?

How do you know your baby has gas pain? Have you tried burping baby?
