Am I crazy, is this a dye run?

I am 2 weeks late on my period, and I took a test and it was immediately very clear that it was positive. Well just now, about 3 hours after I looked at it it looks like the dye ran. Is this a dye run?

Thin & off centered.. retest with a pink dye. This may be a typical blue dye evap.
